Leur politique de retour de 3 jours est mensongère, fait vécu.J'ai acheté un véhicule, en me disant que s'il y avait quoi que ce soit, je pouvais leur retourner en trois jours, ce qui me plaisait bien. Trois jours plus tard, je les appellee pour leur parler de ma situation et, je ne peux pas retourner le véhicule, mais en plus, on me dit qu'on va me rappeler pour m'aider dans ma situation et on ne me rappelle jamais. Et pire, quand j'appelle pour parler à la personne responsable de mon dossier, on me dit qu'elle est absente. Ils me niaisent comme ça depuis une semaine. Je ne vous conseille pas d'aller là-bas. Le personnel est sympathique, jusqu'à ce que tu leur demandes quelque chose qu'ils ne leur plaisent pas. Comme, baisser un prix sur une voiture, leur retourner un véhicule, etc. Ils sont sympathique si tu leur donne ton argent sans riposter, si la situation ne fait pas ton Bonheur. Donnez-leur votre argent, ils seront le gens les plus gentils que vous connaîtrez. Obstinez-vous et ils seront les plus idiots! :) N'allez pas là-bas, je ne suis pas la seule à qui c'est arrive, plusieurs à qui j'ai parlé de ma situation m'ont fait part de commentaire semblable. First and last visit, terrible and we get laught at! Went there with my mom to help her out choosing a car for my sister, the plan was to do a tour of different dealership, we begin our tour with H Grego Went there with my mom to help her out choosing a car for my sister, the plan was to do a tour of different dealership, we begin our tour with H Gregoire, we notice the young saleman that whe weren't buying a car right away that we where just looking around at the option like a normal customer would do, then follows classic saleman reaction... right away start saying that we won't find better deal somewhere else, I tell my mom to look at other dealership to see all the options available, this guy start laughing at us in a arrogant manner with is coworker making fun of us while leaving to visit the next dealership , TOTAL disrespectful!! You can see in their face they don't give rat's xxx! They just want your money!! At the sametime we where glad about their bad attitude which confirm we will never buy from them!! We finally went to Autoprix and they where respecful and courteous right from the beginning. The funny thing the price difference was small it's was just a question of ATTITUDE, arrogance is a deal braker! More
