Start to finish the dealership was unprofessional Not only was the dealership unprofessional in our dealings with them, but they were uncooperative. We went the first time to look at 2 specific cars, Not only was the dealership unprofessional in our dealings with them, but they were uncooperative. We went the first time to look at 2 specific cars, which we called ahead about to make sure they were available for us, the sales person spent 2 hours talking about the one which we had wanted only to finally show us the car and find out that someone had "just" signed the paperwork and we could go with the more expensive of the two if we wanted.Except here's the fun part, this more expensive car wasn't even on the lot, so we had to go back. We finally bought the car on a Friday and were told that they would have the check and paperwork ready for us on monday to take to the saaq for registration and plating. We are now at the end of our temporary sticker limit, finally managed to get everything and get to the saaq only to find out that the dealership hadn't even signed one of the necessary forms. I understand long days and work stress, but when you refuse to answer our calls for 2 days and neglect to give us the proper paperwork and time period than Im sorry but I would never recommend you to another person. This entire process was unnecessary and now we have a car that we can't legally drive until we can get all of this sorted out. If I could do it all over again I would definitely go somewhere else. More

Wonderful and effective customer service I've recently bought a used BMW at HGregoire ( St Leonard) .... Both the salesman ( Lorenzo) and the GM( Giovanni) did anything and everything possible to make " me a happy customer," and took care of each and every detail I wanted taken care of!! misrepresentation of sales rep Danny Went to this dealership after seeing a car in auto trader.Danny the sales rep sold us on the car with ins and rust proofing.my daughter was so excited Went to this dealership after seeing a car in auto trader.Danny the sales rep sold us on the car with ins and rust proofing.my daughter was so excited to get the car she finally wanted after 2years.It being her first car i was so happy for her. We went back the next day to close the sale, the car price changed the final bill had about 3000$ more on it which we were not told this would be the final amout.Leaving there thinking one price the night before then coming back that next day to a different price.whatever the sales person closing the sale explained why and because my daughter really had her heart set on this car we just went for it.Also being told there was no warranty on the motor or transmission i asked what if the transmission went tomorrow what happens the girl closing the sale then told us we have three days to return car and get our money back and no obligation to the car.Everything was so fast from the sales rep Danny he didnt even offer us to test drive the car.Also we left with out winter tires cause danny said they had none something i should never of done in the winter. After test driving the car as we drove home it didnt sound right so i called danny back he suggest i come in tomorrow.they claimed they had an inspection which i now highly doubt.So we went home and parked the car about 20 mins after being home i said to my daughter let go again on the highway and test drive the car again .Just as i got off the highway and driving on the side road the whole steering system went crazy i lost control of the steering very scared with my daughter in the car i stopped when i could.I was swerving into the uncoming lane.finally made it home safely driving 20km all the way and holding the steering wheel with all my power.We returned the car the next day only to deal with unprofessional people who took my daughter for 389$ for the rust proofing they did on a car that was very dangerous and thank God my young daughter wasnt driving being a new driver.Only because i been driving for years when the steering gave out i did not panic.The manager began to get arrogant and felt no way taking my young daughters 389$ for a car that was defective and could of killed us if in a different situation like driving on the highway.I am very disgusted with how we were handled we were never infourmed by danny if we did the rust proofing and we returned the car in their 3day grace period we would have to pay 389$ i mean who wants to lose this amount of money NO ONE!!! I feel ripped off not infourmed and i will never recommend this dealership to anyone.My young daughter is so discouraged now she doesnt even wanna go buy a car she said you cant trust no one today.Then danny drives the car from parking lot to the garage at dealership literally 2second away and comes in office and says car is good. Like really arrogant he never drove the car more than 2seconds and To come say that to my daughter after taking her 389$ i am really upset and i hope they get their krama crooks?????? More

Refused to repair car covered by warranty This is really the worst dealer i have dealt with. I bought a used car from a couple who had bought it at HGregoire. The car had an electronic anti-rust warranty for 5 years. The couple had called HGregoire and got confirmation that there is no problem with the warranty no matter who the owner is. I brought the car at HGregoire a couple of times and had it repaired for traces of rust. However this month (while my warranty was still valid), the person working there named Charles, refused to repair my car, and said that warranties are not transferrable. I tried to explain to him that this is not the first time i repair my car under this warranty, however he did not listen, was very rude, and hung up the phone while i was still talking to him. I recommend that these guys teach their employees the basics of customer service. Maybe they can read "customer service for dummies". That can help. More
