I really loved the shopping and buying experience. That’s where it ends. However, the after sale part was a nightmare. They made mistakes on my Attestation of sales, twice. Also, when I ordered the car from another dealer, they took 300$ from my credit card, and it was supposed to be refunded. However, it wasn’t, and they used it as a cashdown without my consent. I love the car I got. I really hated the experience post sale. And I’m 300$ short. More

i bought 2017 Mazda cx-5 from this dealer. at beginning salesman (Mourad) explained the operation of the car and detail of payment and interest rate. i calculated that how much i should pay at beginning salesman (Mourad) explained the operation of the car and detail of payment and interest rate. i calculated that how much i should pay and accepted the amount that he mentioned me. then he asked me to go to the office for financing of the car . i requested only for amount of the car and interest rate. finally said i will get back tomorrow to pick it up. the day after , waited 2 Hrs to get the car , and the same time , the girl gave me lot of pages to sign them. and i thought this company is trustable , and i signed all pages base on our agreement. 4 days after that , i looked at the pages and OMG !!!! they charged me $6000 more for some insurance and protection that i never asked them ( read all pages before to sign any thing at this dealership). i went to shop and asked them why they charged me without any agreement? another salesman (Mahdi) told me come back next week and he will fix this issue. i got back next Tuesday and they only canceled 3 years protection , but for 2 months protection they didn't accepted because 10 days passed ( but i wad there before 10 days , they extended to charged me after 10 days , it is annoying!! i feel sort of cheating me . anyway when i bought and checked the car , vin lock was installed on this car , but they charged me about $700 extra for that and when i claim for that , they said only will refund me half of that. :( to refund me after 4 weeks , i called many time TD bank to figure out is they refund me or not , but TD financing c.service told me still not refund the amount. again i called Head office this company and i called many times to supervisor of saint leonard shop, finally supervisor said check that they sent to TD financing office was void ( he said he doesn't know why!!!!!! and he transferred the amount of extra protection to td ( at least after about 2 months , this is good news!!!) .but up to know , my owing amount is still the same as before ...hopefully i will see in next few days..i asked how about amount of vin lock that you should refund me half of that , he said i dont know about that. anyway i will follow up my case to the end of this story even if i go every day to solve this issue. but pls pls before to go to this dealership , read all my and other people story and then you know what you make decision. good luck More

Then the condescending tone in which I got told no engine repair or replacement will ever go beyond that !!!! Yeah right why was all that not mentioned the day before but rather dumped last moment ? Now the car had to be pulled out from where it was parked the day before Was not washed or ready all all Got told “ don’t go crazy it’s a minor detail “ told them I am now canceling the sale Sales head told me that I am overreacting, gave excuses not enough staff , staff on hand are new bla bla Meanwhile there where like 3 guys just sitting around on their phones Sales head told me to just go and get it cleaned and send the bill and he will reimburse Lousy service deceptive predatory sales tactic condescending service So now I am running since a week after my deposit let’s see Definitely not going to return More
I bought a used car on July 28th :Land Rover 2016 from h Grégoire st Leonard . It took one full month for me to get the car! The tailgate had to be repaired three times since it was a Terrible paint job , Grégoire st Leonard . It took one full month for me to get the car! Once I picked up the car , they removed the emblems on the tailgate and said they would order me new ones from the range Rover dealership. They said they are on back order and would take a few weeks . It’s been almost 2 months! How long does it take to get emblems ?? Despite messages and REPEATED phone calls I don’t get a call back . As a customer I am entitled to buy the car as it was seen in your show room . There are three emblems missing and I don’t like being lied to ! Charles the director said he would get them to me and pay the bill to install them as soon as they came in. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and the reviews online speak volumes !! Despite having a confirmed appointment, I arrived at the dealership only to be informed that the car I had been specifically looking for had already been sold. This level of mismanagement and disregard for their customers' time is simply unacceptable. It left me not only inconvenienced but also deeply dissatisfied with their service. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this dealership to think twice and explore other options. The lack of professionalism and consideration for appointments is a clear indication that they may not prioritize customer satisfaction. My experience with Hgregoire Dealership has been incredibly disappointing. After purchasing a car from them just a month ago, I discovered a major issue with the transmission. Despite my concerns and requests for a resolution, the dealership has shown a complete lack of accountability and refused to accept responsibility. As a single mother, I cannot afford to take risks with my child's safety, and this situation has left us both in danger. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Hgregoire Dealership. Their deceptive practices and disregard for customer safety are absolutely unacceptable. I am now left with a faulty car and a considerable financial burden. Buyers beware - seek a dealership that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Hgregoire has failed miserably in these aspects. More

The day I went to pickup the car, the check engine light came on. I went a couple days later to try and return the vehicle (since theres have a no questions ask policy on the website)The supervisor at the time said no they cannot and that it is repairable. If it happen again, then i can come back and he’ll take back the car. A month later i got an appointment at the garage and the problem is still not fixed. Today i went to register the vehicle and they tell me at SAAQ that the car is not under Hgregoires name. I missed a day of work for nothing and they would not compensate. Mind you, I am a returning client that purchased a vehicle from you before and I had a good experience. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. More
