Always a Pleasure I went in for my annual inspection on the Diamond Coat warranty, as always the staff was very friendly and took their time with any questions. Service We went in for a oil change and Chris came out and told us and showed us what all had to be done with the car. Cabin air filter had to be replaced and We went in for a oil change and Chris came out and told us and showed us what all had to be done with the car. Cabin air filter had to be replaced and we replaced it in June. They were going to change all the coolants yesterday because he said they had to be done. The brake line flush had to be done etc change oil in transmission totalling over 500.00. We said to do the coolants then another service man came out and apologized to us all the repairs were for another car new something was wrong because our cabin air filter shouldn't of been that dirty. He said it probably didn't get changed because we were not charged for it. We got a call before our service that sensor unit for detection of fuel leaks was in warranty we thought it was done on last service and it was done on that service. I question whether we will be back. More

Good experience for first oil change It was pouring rain, so the drive thru was an great bonus.
