I would say complete opposite of Derek's customer service skills. I always try to stick with the dealership to complete my servicing as they know my vehicle the best, but my most recent and all 3 experiences has started to raise some questions on whether I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. Keep up the great work Derek, and servicing, try to pick up your slack. More

Winter Maintenance & tire change Went in for my normal winter maintenance and tire change and as usual had a great service. There is a lack of communication between the departments! Had three issues & at the end of the day, only two were finally resolved. Won't go into details as it is too drawn out. It would really be nice to know that when a person makes an appointment they don't have to rearrange their schedule three or four times to get things done. Makes me question if it's a good idea to go there for maintenance. More
