They were open, honest and receptive to my concerns. Peri and I had most of the deal details worked out via email before I even set foot at the dealership. Jesse was up to date on the car's history and accompanied me on the test drive. Megan was very nice, conscientious and worked hard to improved my interest rate. Steve was a great guy and exceptionally accommodating to help close the deal. It was a great team effort, and they are a great team. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to go back. More

I expressed to Ryan how I was beginning to get frustrated at the fact that it was fairly unorganized and was having second thoughts. Upon communicating this to Ryan he turned everything around. He made sure everything was going smooth and in a timely manner to have me set up all while checking over everything to make sure nothing was missed or left out. Ryans sense of humor made this an overall better experience, his ability and willingness to please an otherwise unhappy customer was extremely appreciated. More

I have never owned a Hyundai product before and was intending on purchasing either a Honda or a Toyota. I decided to stop in quickly to check it off the list and then be on my way. A couple hours and a downpayment later, I walked away an owner of a new 2019 Tuscon. The moment I walked in to the dealership, I was greeted by a genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable sales person, Saul Sandoval. I thought we just happened to land a unique find in Saul (which he was without a doubt), however, I quickly discovered that the whole team was genuine and caring and legitimately had my interests in mind. I have never felt more valued as a customer. I haven't had time to test out the quality of the vehicle yet as I just purchased it, but I would recommend everyone to check out Guelph Hyundai.
