SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This dealership had my car for THREE weeks and still could not seem to fix the ABS problem. Hyundai ve SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This dealership had my car for THREE weeks and still could not seem to fix the ABS problem. Hyundai vehicle...but service department is clueless on what could be the issue. Now, I'm left trying to figure it out on my own, as they washed their hands of it. The team at Guelph Hyundai seriously lacks in their customer service! Even the so called "Service Manager" did nothing but back peddle and make excuses for his inexperienced team! We took our car there because we trusted them to know their vehicle the best. Turns out...They have no clue! Three weeks later, I paid to have rotors turned even though that was NOT the issue...and still have the ABS issue with no resolve and a "Nothing they can do" response! So glad i took my vehicle to a CERTIFIED HYUNDIA SERVICE DEPARTMENT! :( The staff at this location are seriously lacking in customer service. More
