I would give a zero if allowed. I went to drive a pre owned VW Tiguan at the dealer I found on their site and on Autotrader. Didn’t follow through on negotiation promises after signed agreements and put unwanted warranty fees on the final bill after they were denied and insured they wouldn’t be there. There is a lack of organization and disconnect between the managers, sales department and financial management resulting in errors causing frustration and confusion to the customer. More
