Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I took my car in for a recall service involving the trunk latch, they charged me for the extra time that took them to open the trunk, because they I took my car in for a recall service involving the trunk latch, they charged me for the extra time that took them to open the trunk, because they had to remove the back seats, since the trunk was locked (due to the damaged latch), a few days after the service was performed, I noticed the seat belts buckles were left under the back seat and one of the back seat release mechanisms was damaged. Every time I bring my car for a recall service, which is the only reason I bring my car to this horrible place, they try to charge me extra or they break something else. More

Brought my car in for service. There was a error with the booking system that was quite stressful. But they were able to manually book an appointment. I found picking up the car not as straightforward. I wasn't sure where to go, there wasn't anyone at the desks so I stood in the garage, which didn't feel particularly safe. More
