Came in for a planed appointment for Crome trim replaced with BMS upgrade along with oil change. Did discuss with service advisor Avery. Shuttle took me home, got picked up, when arrived adviser said all wa with BMS upgrade along with oil change. Did discuss with service advisor Avery. Shuttle took me home, got picked up, when arrived adviser said all was done except for oil change, I needed 200km more before oil change. Before I drove off my km we’re not even close to my suv. Went back in and discussed with Avery and 1hr and 20 minutes later my vehicle had an oil change. Why was I not given a reduced discounted oil change, I needed to stay off work for an additional 1hr20 minutes. More

Guelph Hyundai is one of the best Car Dealerships I have been in recently. I had been looking for a Kona N-Line and spent considerable time online and driving around from one dealership to another. On the day I landed here I still had 2 more appointments to make but there was no reason to go on after such high quality, personable treatment. My Sales Rep was the fabulous “RUSH” Petersen !!! Yes, one very knowledgeable, decent, friendly, easy-going Dude !!! If it had not been for him I would have looked around, maybe done a test-drive and probably gone on to my next appointment. The rest of the personnel were just as nice and all were neatly attired and very professional. They were more than “fair” with their pricing and trade-in deal. During my “pick-up” day once again everything was well-organized and ready for me. They made me feel like a special person that day. Very thorough, very professional people and a very beautiful Dealership. About the best comment I could give is that I would highly recommend them to everyone and will return for our next purchase.
