First Hyundai and First Experience in a Hyundai dealership I found the sales staff (Alex) and his manager Rhys went the extra mile to get me a fair price for my trade in. I bought the car at the end of June, a I found the sales staff (Alex) and his manager Rhys went the extra mile to get me a fair price for my trade in. I bought the car at the end of June, and Hyundai were offering an improved discount for July. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Tamara (Guelph Hyundai's Finance Agent, advising me that the dealership was applying the discount to my transaction, an extra $1,000. One aspect that could be improved for me personally would be to have a list of all of the options on my particular vehicle. After discussing a few vehicles at the dealership, I couldn't really answer my wife's questions about what options ( a lot, as it happens) were on the Tucson I bought. I had a general idea, but a reference document would have been helpful. I'm sure if I had brought this up at the time I could have been provided with something, however, I didn't think to do this. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the transaction. I usually just buy Toyota cars, but my son and his wife have two Hyundai's and they convinced me to look at a Santa Fe. I found it was too large for me, and the Tucson was more to my liking. More

Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff I went to the Guelph Hyundai to test drive a Tucson but ended up with a LE GT Elantra. Amazing This was my first time buying a new car so I have to say I was pretty excited. Alex was great from the minute I met him. When it came to the test drive, Alex drove first to show me all the features that both vehicles of interest. I went in on a Monday and probably spent a good 4 hours there (btw they have an amazing espresso machine) . The paperwork was signed and I was set to get a brand new Tuscon. I was pretty annoying calling Tuesday and Wednesday asking when it would be ready. (Again first time buying a car,didn't know the process or how long it takes). I was able to pick up the same week on Friday, how amazing was that. I can not say enough to good things about this location. Prior to going to this location I went to one other and was not taken seriously. Alex and the team made me feel at home and we're very welcoming. Thanks everyone for an amazing job. More

Service I brought my sante fe in for a recalled part. Service department is very friendly and helpful. The courtesy driver was great. He took my son (with booster seat) and I to the mall during the 4 hour service visit. When I bought too much at the mall he even helped me load my bags!! Great experience! More
