Good Service, Confusing Entrance Everything about the service was okay once I got into the service department. When I got there they sent me right back through the front and outside to move my car and then I had to talk to someone in the service garage. It seemed overly complicated, the lady at the front desk could have just directed me to move my car. More

Our experience at Guelph Hyundai was a pleasurable one Scott Shafer—Guelph Hyundai Knows his stuff, is real and helped make the whole experience a pleasure. It was like meeting up with an old friend. O Scott Shafer—Guelph Hyundai Knows his stuff, is real and helped make the whole experience a pleasure. It was like meeting up with an old friend. On Sept 24, 2016, my husband and I stopped in at Guelph Hyundai It was around 2:00 pm, and our third dealership lot that day. We had been at this for a few weeks now…met a few colourful salesmen; but no one like Scott. As per usual and right on que, as we walked towards the cars that struck my fancy out came the “pushy salesmen” Although Scott’s initial approach fit the profile, (this is his lively hood after all) his personality and style was quickly established when laughter ensued. My husband, who was there to act as adviser and haggler, went into motion. After just a couple of test drives, realizing that the two cars we test drove had been the most impressive vehicles we had been in since our quest begun nearly a month ago…it was just a matter of deciding which one I liked best. Hubby did a little number crunching on his own. The offer was laid out and accepted. There was no quibbling, we were all there to do business. Scott’s ability to put us both at ease was effective and appreciated. Overall, my experience at Guelph Hyundai was a pleasurable one. We are both looking forward to working with the team for future services. More

I used to dread oil changes in other garages, but at Hyundai, I am totally comfortable and am able to catch up on emails, while watching the latest ne I used to dread oil changes in other garages, but at Hyundai, I am totally comfortable and am able to catch up on emails, while watching the latest news. The staff are friendly and accommodating! I love their new drive through service as you never leave your car until you are inside and out if any nasty weather, plus no need to look for a place to park. i have been totally satisfied with my experience with the sales and service at Hyundai! Going the extra mile! I recently called the Guelph dealership to schedule an oil change.. I was advised that there were a couple of factory recalls that they would take care of for me , which a really appreciated. The service was completed so quickly, and the shuttle to and from work was great! The driver was so friendly and the timing was very punctual!!! I have always been treated very well be all the staff!
