I had purchased the rust protection packag, have had the modem checked by a certified mechanic and wanted to get ahead of this problem before they could morph into bigger issues. I was directed to the lounge and delighted to have access to the complimentary computers. I sent messages and firmed up on my morning appointments. The service check was efficient and reassuring. The rust check issue is unresolved. Apparently the rust has to have made a hole to be significant. Don and I chatted about that being the sure outcome unless we tend to it now. He is to get back to me regarding the 2 rust spots. I was on my way to work in good time. Thank you. More

From a Service visit to a new car sale in three days !! Well , this guy knows how to win a guy over , and to make a long story readable , two days later he's not only made me a believer , much more important , he made my wife a very happy women with the new wheels that he sold me on !! She's elated with the whole package , colour , interior , ride , radio ,sunroof etc . I have to say , Scott is a super salesman , very personable and with a good sense of humour . I enjoyed the entire experience this time around , and thank Scott , Derrick and Rhys Evans for the service provided . Cheers !!. More

get rid of online bookings I booked my service appointment online and was told I would receive a confirmation that day. No confirmation. When I called the service dept. on my sc I booked my service appointment online and was told I would receive a confirmation that day. No confirmation. When I called the service dept. on my scheduled day, they had no record of my appointment. I had to reschedule my service. A day later from rescheduling I received a phone call to confirm my online booking (which had already past). This part of the service is terrible and it shouldn't be offered. Since moving locations of this dealership, the service seems to not be as personal-able. Although the service provided to my car is good and once there the people are friendly, it really appears as though I'm just another number in the system. More

disappointed To begin with, it took 3 days of phoning, leaving messages and not being able to get anyone in service, to get an appointment. Then when I pulled into the lovely new service centre, there was no one there. Had to go into sales desk to ask for assistance. It seems they are running this new centre with only one person??? The shuttle service was great and the oil change was done in a timely fashion. Hire more people to service the public. More
repair and service Donny was super as we were in and out on same day. Thankfully I had taken extra insurance for my tires as this was my second 'nail in tire' incident i Donny was super as we were in and out on same day. Thankfully I had taken extra insurance for my tires as this was my second 'nail in tire' incident in under 6 months. Donny had replacement tire ready for us in a few hours. Took advantage of car being in and had my first oil change done as well. Big thanks to maintenance staff! More
