It is the worst experience I have ever had. I took my car in for a recall for the first time since I have owned my car. I feel I was lied to and avoided for days. The manager finally called I took my car in for a recall for the first time since I have owned my car. I feel I was lied to and avoided for days. The manager finally called me 8 days later. He gave me nothing but excuses and told me Hyundai Canada had no idea what they were doing. He also told me because I could not produce a bill of sale he could charge me for the repairs, that are covered under the recall, but he would do a car fax at no expense to me. They would fix up the car once he ran the car fax. I stopped him and told him this is ridiculous because I had picked up my car the day before. Wow this manager sure knows how to run a department. All of this is because I requested a courtesy car. I will never buy a Hyundai there or service a vehicle there again. Oh but the manager told me their business was number 1 in Ontario. For what totally eludes me. More
