I would strongly advise NOT purchasing or serving a a car at Grimsby Hyundai. While the sales experience was fine the overall customer experience was dreadful and concluded with being directly lied to abo at Grimsby Hyundai. While the sales experience was fine the overall customer experience was dreadful and concluded with being directly lied to about warranty and other items. The two times my wife and I visited the dealership to purchase our brand new car we were kept waiting well over an hour before being helped. When finalizing the deal the business manager boldly lied about our warranty to try and upsell us on an 11 hundred dollar add-on. When challenged to put it in writing refused to do so. I personally had to contact Hyundai Canada to confirm his baseless claims. Accessories and add on which we were confirmed would arrive and be installed in time still haven’t shown up a week later, and it has been radio scilence from management. Grimsby Hyundai is a great way to wreck the excitement of buying a new vehicle. Be warned! More

I took my 2018 Santa Fe in because it’s burning oil after several emails with the service manager he told me we would do an oil consumption yesterday every 1000 km When I got there he said I would have to p several emails with the service manager he told me we would do an oil consumption yesterday every 1000 km When I got there he said I would have to pay for this and if needed I would have to pay for a new engine as well! Hyundais are known to have engine issues like this as well as oil burning I feel like Hyundai Canada should be held accountable for this and I feel like the dealership isn’t willing to help as well! Our car "gave up the ghost" unexpectedly on Thursday afternoon; by Monday morning we were driving home in our new Tucson Hybrid. The Hyundai team was incredibly helpful and Chelsea and Warren walked u afternoon; by Monday morning we were driving home in our new Tucson Hybrid. The Hyundai team was incredibly helpful and Chelsea and Warren walked us through the purchase process with ease. Although we hadn't owned a hybrid before, and our most recent car was a 2003 with very few "bells and whistles", Chelsea was able to explain all the ins and outs of this new vehicle and I must say, we had several laughs along the way. Truly a knowledgeable and professional team. Bravo Grimsby Hyundai!! More
I bought all my vehicles only from them(so far 5). I did try to go to others, but they were not as clear as here. If you need to be treated well and if you need to know about all the charges and surch I did try to go to others, but they were not as clear as here. I was so thankful to have Chelsea to help me purchase my vehicle! This is a very big decision. She calmed all my fears and answered all of my questions and concerns. When Adam was tied up in traffic on pick vehicle! This is a very big decision. She calmed all my fears and answered all of my questions and concerns. When Adam was tied up in traffic on pick-up day I appreciated Chelsea going the extra mile and putting her extra training to work and did the financing portion to get me 'on the road' in my new vehicle. From the clean dealership to the wonderful hospitality by all staff I would like to first say thank you to Grimsby Hyundai management and staff for making this car buying experience wonderful. Within second all staff I would like to first say thank you to Grimsby Hyundai management and staff for making this car buying experience wonderful. Within seconds of walking through the front doors with my family we were greeted with a warm smile and a helping hand which is what was so great during this stressful time of trying to purchase the perfect vehicle for our family. Jayson Ludwig ( Grimsby Hyundai) was one of the most knowledgeable and polite sale agent we have ever met. Mr.Ludwig was quick to answer any questions that we had in regards to the 2023 Hyundai Palisade we were looking at and most importantly he was not pushy. Jayson took the time to go over all the features of both models with us and was more than patient while we were deciding which model to go with. In the end my wife and I leased the 2023 Hyundai palisade urban while we wait for our 2024 Hyundai palisade calligraphy to arrive. Jayson and Adam Alerwy took the time show the pros of leasing a vehicle while we waited for the purchased vehicle to arrive.
