The worst experience ever, once the deal was done so was the service. My son bought a used vehicle there, and they said it passed inspection with flying colors. A week later he tried the back passenger win the service. My son bought a used vehicle there, and they said it passed inspection with flying colors. A week later he tried the back passenger window and it wouldn't open. He took it back to the dealership to get it fixed. He dropped it off in the morning and when he went to pick it up, they said we have a quote of $996.00 for you to get it fixed, and there is a $91.00 diagnostic fee. Then it gets better, he asked them to sign a paper saying it passed the inspection for his insurance. They said they couldn't do that because when the put i ton the diagnostic machine they found to many other things wrong with it. I have purchased many vehicles and not every once did I ever see service like this. More

Service appointment.We had a excellent experience Service appointment. We had a excellent experience purchasing our Nissan QashQai from Hailey Allison. The standard of care we received from her should be the standard. We brought back our vehicle to have our tires swapped over in our 2020 QashQai . The suv was fully loaded leather etc . Brand new at the time of bringing it in zero damage . We saved up a lot of money for the suv and take extreme pride in our vehicles . The tires were swapped to winter tires . Upon putting the tires in the tires were not bagged . They are 19” tires . They were visibly forced into our suv . 4 unbagged dirty snow covered tires shoved into our small suv. Upon being forced into the car the interior sustained visible damage. (Scraping , gauges, leather damage, panel damage) as soon as I got into the car and saw the tires my heart sunk. I didn’t know wether to yell or cry . I chose tears . My beautiful BRAND NEW suv that I worked so hard for was obviously damaged . I got in touch with Hailey , she tried to remove the tires and it was a struggle to remove them (bay cameras were visible) . How much force and carelessness was used to put them in? the manager for the department came and evaluated the damage . He quickly instructed it to be detailed . How was a wipe and moisturizer going to remove damage ? After it was returned to me the damage was slightly disguised. I kept my cool as I showed the damages that were still there . It felt like I was just being a nuisance, “not able to be pleased” “difficult “ when I was showing the damages a second time after detailing. The bandaid Solution of shining it up was not fixing the obvious problem (s) . I asked to be able to voice what happened to another source he responded with ( “well I’m the service manager so I’m the only other person to tell” ) That statement made me feel incredibly small as a owner . Afterward the sales manager came and looked at the damage . Same thing all over again. I get it . Nobody wants to correct an expensive mistake . What happened was pure negligence. But why should the owner (my family) be held responsible for a technicians lack of care. His costly mistake should not be coming out of my pocket. We were offered to have a free detail and to have a third party “clean up” . We are absolutely mortified of returning. I worked so hard to get this nice vehicle and it sustains damages that staff sluffed off as the customers being (difficult) as it felt . I spent 670$ plus in my tires to receive more damage? Nobody has reached out. Nobody has offered to replace any damages . Other than to “detail” “third party look over” . We are extremely disappointed and distraught over this incident and how little was actually done to rectify the situation. More
