Nissan Canada did make a change to a more enviormentally friendly product. In making this change Nissan Canada did not anticipate the new product to damage seals. This has created a demand for new seals. Nissan Canada is doing their best to meet the demand, but it has caused this part to be back ordered. We are sorry for the inconvience this has caused you along with our other Nissan customers. Grande Prairie Nissan is working with Nissan Canada to try and expedite the necessary parts to repair your vehicle to ensure your air conditioning is fully operational, without further interuptions. It is Grande Prairie Nissan's goal to achieve 100% guest satisfaction 100% of the time. It would be impossible to reach this goal without honest customer feedback.
