Par for the course in grande prairie. Dealt with a good salesperson. but the dealership wouldn’t include basic things on the van we bought that I would’ve thought should be included. They didn’t want to put a block heater in, rather they wanted to do a “stick on” oil pan heater. Also didn’t give us a second set of keys. We had to go buy our own second fob for about $400 More
