The used, 2014 Matrix was ready for pickup (spotlessly clean and in good order) very close to the time arranged (one license plate bolt was ruined by the previous owner, causing a short delay). It was nice to have a timely follow-up up call from the Salesperson to check on my satisfaction level and determine if I had any further questions.
