I purchased my vehicle in early February and have been meaning to do this for some time. I have to say that my experience at Gorrud's was amazing. From the moment I met with Fred Arnold I knew he was 100% invested in finding me the vehicle I wanted. He was knowledgeable and helpful and would like to thank him for making the process smooth and easy. I would also like to thank Kevin in financing, who also help me so much through that process. I could not have asked for better service and treatment. I would also like to mention that I was pressed for time to get back on the road and everyone at Gorrud's made it happen. This is the third car we have purchased from Scott (all good vehicles- it’s just that my wife keeps having kids!). The lack of pressure to buy is fantastic. We told him we were going to need something larger. Rather than just pick one from the lot, he told us to wait and he would contact us when the right car came in. When some options came in, Scott knew we had a newborn so instead of having us pack up the family, he offered to bring the vehicles to our house so we could have a look and take a test drive. With ease of electronics most sales associates would take a few pictures or a video and send it. Scott made this a personal affair by working with us, on our time, and at our home. Simply outstanding. This is the service that separates Scott from a typical salesman. When we finally pulled the trigger (after several options), Scott delivered our new car out to us (and took the trade-in back). After the purchase was complete, the DMV made a mistake with the paperwork. Scott went to the DMV with my wife to help sort it out (and no-one likes going to the DMV…). Keep in mind that this is after the sale was closed and Scott had no further obligation to us. Once again, he took his time to do something special for us and treat us as people (rather than just another customer). Thank you Scott. We will see you when we are ready for our next car (namely my mid-life crisis Corvette). More

A friend of mine recommended Gorruds in Milton. He, his wife, and daughter had all bought their cars and trucks there for 20+ years. That's a hard-to-beat recommendation.
