Amazing start to finish! I was referred to Gorrud's Milton by my friend at work and I have to say it was the best choice we ever made! I was in a car accident and I needed a replcement car. With our family expanding in coming months we needed something that would fit our family comfortably. Right off the top through email I simply inquired about one of their vehicles that was on the lot. From there we found time to come in and personally check it out. We were greeted very warmly and we were looked after by two of their team members. Initially Mike reached out to us by responding to my email, then once in person Jason took care of us. We were made to feel like party of the family and did not for one second feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Their service was so over and above our expectations that we went through with the purchase of our new CUV! It's amazing what patience, guidance, and expertise they provided us with. We truly value this small town feeling in such a growing community. We will be recommending everyone to go to Gorruds! More

In the end, it all worked out for the better. Choose a Journey in less than an hour with Julius, and after that things slowed down quite considerably. First the paperwork with Julius, the Salesman, then we had to see the Finance person which took longer than buying the car...sells you all the extras, which we bought. We were told the Rust Proofing warranty was for 10years, so we took it, but upon picking up the car, it turned out it was only for 6 years, and that's not what we wanted, so after a few consultations with the Manager, Gorrud's made good and sold us the RP at cost. Drove home and the next day had a much better look at everything, and found a few issues, like 2" of water in the Jack area. And the detailed inside left alot to be desired now that the Sun was out and we were taking a closer look. Cleaned that all up myself, and Gorrud's is almost an hour from home here. Also found a Fog light that was full of water, which my Grimsby Chrysler dealer refused to replace on Warranty, so Gorrud's said they would. They took it to their Hunt's Chrysler in Milton (while I waited) and they DID replace it. They also did an Alignment that I discovered was needed, and while driving the car back from Hunt's the mechanic realized my 4 brake rotors needed turning due to some shimmying when braking....I had noticed, but at this point I thought I"d complained enough....so they did that too while I waiting. 3.5hrs later I was on my way home with everything fixed, and the car washed as well!!! A BIG THANKS to Karen in Service for all her efforts!!! Overall though, as a dealership I don't see it getting any better: great service, warranties, and everyone was much nicer than I've been dealing with in Grimsby...too bad it's so far to drive :( More

Wonderful experience I went to gorruds looking for a good used car. I only had one problem. I couldn't get credit from the banks, but Andrew helped me out,by getting me in I went to gorruds looking for a good used car. I only had one problem. I couldn't get credit from the banks, but Andrew helped me out,by getting me into my dream car, He made all the numbers work for me, to do an in house lease. Since then I have had a used van and then I traded up to a 2016 Santa fe, and just recently I leased a great used Ford Escape.
