The finance manager Mary Feenan was informative, experienced and kept it real. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Her simple, direct and straight forward approach made our financing decisions easier than they otherwise would have been. We had taken our children with us. There is a nice play area in the corner for the smaller kids , while the parents complete the process. We were assisted by sales representative Mike Jurj in the process. Mike helped us save time even before we reached the dealership by determining what we wanted and providing us with a range of selections so that we had options to look at even before we arrived.On arriving at the dealership he made us conformable by ensuring the kids had something to do.He went out of his way making us coffee and the kids hot chocolate.He then sat us down and took us through in detail on the features of the different cars we were looking at. We then proceeded to look at and test drive both cars, during which Mike kept explaining the different features of each vehicle in a unobtrusive and informative manner. After we finalized our choice Mike stayed back after his regular working hours to ensure that we completed the documentation process in an efficient manner. On picking up the car Mike ensured that the car was in immaculate condition.Before leaving Mike ensured we understood the vehicle specs and what they meant.Its these small touches that went a long way in providing us with a rewarding experience. A straight deal on a straight car I had the opportunity to purchase a 2014 Acura RDX from the team at Gorrud's this week. I noticed they ran an ad online for the vehicle, and I had be I had the opportunity to purchase a 2014 Acura RDX from the team at Gorrud's this week. I noticed they ran an ad online for the vehicle, and I had been looking for 8 weeks for the right one. I received a quick call back from David, and we arranged a time to meet. I came up, drove the car, and returned to the dealership to work out a deal. They were realistic about the pricing both of their car, and the trade in value for my vehicle. I commend them for taking the high road in an industry fraught with gamesmanship. At all times I felt respected, valued and comfortable during the experience. David worked exceedingly well with me, and was accommodating of my desire to have my independent mechanic review the RDX prior to finalizing the deal. Gorrud's took great care to sort out any and all issues I had with the vehicle through their multi point inspection, and were always respectful of my time. David was friendly, efficient, and simple to deal with the entire time. As a guy with 20+ years in sales, it is refreshing to deal with a team (the whole crew there was great) who were simple and straightforward. Recommended! More

Thanks again Manny My Hyundai Santa Fe has had an oil leak for almost 2 years now. I mentioned it to my old mechanic and nothing happened. The following year I asked him My Hyundai Santa Fe has had an oil leak for almost 2 years now. I mentioned it to my old mechanic and nothing happened. The following year I asked him to sort it out as it was making a real mess of my driveway. He had the car for a couple of days, then told me it was fixed and charged $1,000, but the oil kept on dripping. Like a lot of people I do not like to complain so took it back to the same guy the next time it needed servicing. This week I decided enough was enough and took it to Gorrud's, who took a completely different approach. The Manager there (Manny Pereira) told me what his team would do to locate the leak, then a couple of hours later he phoned me with the answer and a quote, and soon after that it was all fixed and paid for. Manny told me what caused the leak, what they did to fix it and recommended that I get the underside of my car rust-proofed to stop it happening again, which I plan to do next week. And they valeted my car inside and out! And it really needed it, this side of the winter! Thanks again Manny! More
