Our 88 year old mother came in to look for a new vehicle and Eric Hopkins met with us. He took the time to consider her needs, and he was very attentive as he looked through the computer and showed us a number of vehicles. When he took us on the test drive, he was very careful to ensure that my mother was aware of the various features of the vehicle. He was very thorough, as he discussed the vehicle, and she felt very pleased that she made the correct choice for herself. On the day of pick up, Eric once again explained things to my mother, and when he brought out the vehicle for her, he spent a significant amount of time, sitting next to my mother who was now in the driver’s seat, and he showed her where all of the controls were. He was extremely patient, and did not hesitate to repeat things, and ensured that she understood what he was saying/showing her. Most importantly, he made her feel confident that she would most certainly be able to adjust to driving this new vehicle. My mother left, feeling very pleased, not only because she had made a very good purchase, but also because she had been treated so respectfully by Eric Hopkins. As her children, we were very impressed with Eric and appreciated very much, how patient and kind he was, with our mother. Another advantage is that Gorrud's Auto has a service shop for continued maintenance of the vehicle, which is important for us since we are locals from Milton. There is a great Auto Reward program that comes with the purchase of the vehicle. As a last note, the sales person, Jason was great, helpful, patient and informative. More
