I don't even look anywhere else online. I also use your service department almost exclusively (sometimes a recall sends me elsewhere). The other Jason is extremely helpful and I'm sure all your mechanics are great but I always request Steve Woods. First Car Purchase I went to Gorrud's to look around for a used car, as my sister had bought hers there, and my experience was absolutely amazing. Sarah was phenomenal! I went to Gorrud's to look around for a used car, as my sister had bought hers there, and my experience was absolutely amazing. Sarah was phenomenal! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and made the whole thing so much fun. I went in looking for a manual Toyota Matrix, and found the perfect one on the first day. It was being sold through Milton Toyota (who have some kind of partnership with Gorrud's) and so all of the paperwork was done through the dealership (although their staff was fantastic as well!). I couldn't be happier with how smoothly the process went, and how enjoyable it was! I 100% recommend Gorrud's for any vehicle purchases. More

Best used car dealer We bought an 2007 Toyota from there a two years ago. It came with a very good 6 month warranty, and there was a squeaking coming from the belt, and s We bought an 2007 Toyota from there a two years ago. It came with a very good 6 month warranty, and there was a squeaking coming from the belt, and some road noise. We brought it in and they replaced the belt and aligned the tires. All has been good since then, and no problems. We service the car there too, and the service center is fantastic. They do their best to make sure you are taken care of. We did have a problem with the extended warranty they sold us. It wasn't explained about the deductible when we signed all the papers, so when I told them I didn't want the warranty anymore, they did reverse it all, and redid the paperwork for me. I'll probably buy my next car from Gorruds, and I recommend them all the time. More

Never heard of the dealership before! i was on my way to another dealer ship to look at a fully loaded ford fusion with awd with no more then 12kilometers on it . Was looking for a car for next winter with awd ,noticed on line that Gorruds was on the away to the other dealership, and they had one with a different color. i wanted to see this other colour in person. Call and talked to steve walker,told him i would come by that night before closing.Not only did he have that car parked by the front door,he had the sales manager personally wash and have it ready( looked at that vehicle at other places and was shocked to see how many other dealership dont clean the used cars)the long and the shortis steve walker was old school, NO BS. and in 10 mins the deal was done! When i picked it up a week later he had done every thing i asked for(i got some after market stuff done to the car)i have no hesitation recommend gorruds!But do yourself afavor, see steve walker !
