Great Customer Service We were looking to purchase a used 2012 Hyundai Veracruz - we saw the vehicle of interest on Autotrader which brought us up to Gorrud's. Although this was our first time at this dealership, it's strong reputation preceded the visit. Ryan was fantastic to work with - we felt very comfortable with the upfront information provided (vehicle's history as well as Carproof report) and the fair price offered for our trade-in. The 125-point inspection ensured that we drove off the lot with a safe vehicle (new brakes). While we did have a few issues after having the vehicle for a few days, Gorrud's 30-day warranty ensured that service was no hassle - the service manager (Jason) was excellent and reassured us that any deficiencies would be taken care of. And because of the nature of the work required, a loaner vehicle was even provided at the dealership's expense until the service was completed a few days later. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Gorrud's for our next vehicle, and already have recommended them to friends. More
