excellent cars, lack of professionalism Condescending employees! Sales managers approach was absolutely uncalled for. My husband and I are on a strict budget because I am on Maternity Leav Condescending employees! Sales managers approach was absolutely uncalled for. My husband and I are on a strict budget because I am on Maternity Leave. We asked about the flexibility of the cost of the vehicle we were interested in and they told us there was nothing they could do about the price, which I thought was fair considering it was priced well. I just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask because we know what's feasible for us. The sales manager came out of his office, blocked us from getting out of the salesmans office, and was incredibly rude as he explained how they arrived at the price of the vehicle. And therefore we must accept it for the price it was. On top of this, the salesman was not knowledgable about the vehicle. We had to ask numerous questions about the details of the vehicle because the salesman was not up front about them while we test drove it. There were several other things that made this an unpleasant experience for us. For that, we will never pruchase a vehicle from this establishment and will ensure to tell our family and friends not to shop here. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely interested in pruchasing this car, but I could never support a place where my family was treated so poorly. Maybe it was an off day because it seems like Gorruds has excellent reviews. Wish my experience could have been different like theirs. More

Buying a used vehicle can be a good experience. I recently purchased a 2011 GMC pick up truck from Scott Carruthers at Gorrud's, seamless process from start to finish. Impeccable Service! I came into the dealership on my own looking for a used car for my 81 year old mother. I connected with Jennifer and she was very helpful, knowledgea I came into the dealership on my own looking for a used car for my 81 year old mother. I connected with Jennifer and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We looked at cars online first and then she showed me about 5 different cars of which we narrowed it down to 3. She printed out the information about each car, including the CarProof so I could show my mom. I then brought my mom in and Jennifer again went over each vehicle with my mom and we took two out for a test drive. My mom was very nervous so I test drove the cars for her and then we selected a 2011 Toyota Matrix which my mom now loves. I was so pleased with the patience Jennifer had in explaining all the features to my mom, even after having explained them to me a few days earlier. We never felt pressured or rushed. I had been to another dealership previously and then had come to see what Gorrud's had. Once I met Jennifer, I knew she was the one I wanted to deal with because I felt I could trust her. As well I had heard good things about the dealership. Thanks to Jennifer for making it such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come to her again when looking for another car. More

We were a busy family of five down to one vehicle and Steve did his best to get our vehicle to us as quickly as possible and we really appreciated it. The process of purchasing the vehicle was very straight forward and smooth with the staff taking care of the majority of the paperwork involved which was also appreciated. The vehicle looked amazing - just like a new vehicle and it was presented to us fully serviced. We also received a follow up call from Steve to make sure we were happy with our vehicle. I would certainly go back to purchase another vehicle from Gorruds. More
