I have never in my life had worse service. Booked a service to buy winter tires and put them on a month ago. Called a week before to confirm the price match quote I gave them. Told me my service advisor would call me back (Gene Yong). Never got a call. Called morning of the appointment to confirm. They first told me they couldn’t find my appointment. I said that’s weird, I’m starring at my confirmation email right now. They say okay but now my tires actually just haven’t arrived yet and they have no way of tracking them. So I say why wouldn’t anyone give me a call beforehand to let me know? Would they have just let me show up to my appt and turn me away?? Woman on the phone says yes that’s what they would do. I say okay we’ll if you can’t do my winter tires can I at least come in to get a hole patched in one of my tires? (got a flat two days prior so just put on my spare to wait out the new tires) she says no because they’re booked up. So I said does that mean you actually didn’t find my appt I made and werent actually just waiting for my tires? She then Starts yelling at me unprovoked saying “NATASHA! I ALREADY TOLD YOU I CANT TRACK THE TIREs”. All I wanted was a clear explanation of what was going on. If she would have started with “I’m so sorry we seem to have made a mistake and don’t have an appt for you, but let me try to get you in as soon as we can” I would have been more than happy. But all I got was screamed at and lied to. Thought that ordeal was over but when I finally get to my new appt and I go to pay, I present my go auto app for my 10% discount on services and 5% cash back in the app. A feature I had gotten about 5 emails about in the last few weeks. I’m told they can’t honour the discount because the tires were already “heavily” discounted (they weren’t) and because my service advisor had left for the day I couldn’t dispute. I usually have a high tolerance for horrible customer service but this really sent me over the edge. Avoid getting service here or even buying so you don’t have to deal with them. They obviously only want your money but they’ve stopped pretending to give a xxxx altogether. More
AWFUL customer service. Booked our car in for winter tires the beginning of October for mid November. Day of the appointment we called ahead to confirm pricing and they told us we didn't have an appointment even though we had a confirmation email. guess you need them to confirm your appointment after you get a confirmation email but no one contacted us to state that. We wouldn't have even known we didn't have an appointment till we showed up. Secondly they said they would price match our tires with 5% off online. In store though they said they wouldn't price match because it included changing the tires. After the tires were replaced they refused to honour the 10% off discount we had with GoAuto The staff was rude to my wife on the phone. The shuttle driver was rude to her as well refusing to drive her to a location even though she was told they would (as long as it was south of the river) I do not recommend this locahtion at all. Especially if you need service or call and confirm yourself because they will not contact you. More
