If you're looking for a greedy owner, Tony is the man to see! We were given a price for an EV6 over the phone. We went in to see the team. The sales reps were excellent, no issues about them. This EV6 was quoted to us at $4k over MSRP - a tough pill to swallow, but we decided we would do it as we wanted the car. Drove in from out of town and spent 2 hours waiting while a bunch of people were discussing our deal. Something seemed off. Then, when the GM Rob walked in, I knew it wasn't right. "I'm sorry sir, but the price you were quoted was incorrect. It's actually $10k over MSRP". The sales reps checked before I came in, the pricing came from the new car manager. The greed set in with the ownership. Zero care that we would walk away, we have a deal brewing with Lockwood Kia and I certainly hope that Georgetown Kia comes to their senses and does the right thing. I don't believe they will, because their showroom is an indication of where Tony's head is at. NOT ONE Kia in their showroom. What's there? Mustangs, Porsches, Mercedes AMG, not one Kia. They have them to sell, but they sit outside. I don't believe for a second that Tony cares. I keep mentioning Tony because he is the reason the price jumped. He has the power to not be greedy, dishonest and unreasonable. But I will bet you he doesn't care about my one review. It's not like I'm asking them to lose money. I'm expecting them to honour the price given to me. Don't send me your generic response about how you're sorry and please email us. The two sales reps I dealt with know me very well. They know how to get a hold of me, if you are sincere about fixing the problem. More

I was looking for a used vehicle with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. Ian Raine helped me place in the perfect car. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2023 Kia seltos on December 2021. I received my seltos November 2022. Before I picked up my vehicle I confirmed that the rust protector I purchased a 2023 Kia seltos on December 2021. I received my seltos November 2022. Before I picked up my vehicle I confirmed that the rust protector and the paint protector that I purchased was already done before I drove it off the lot. Dave from Georgetown Kia confirmed with me that the paint protector and the rust protector had been done on my car and my winter tires were being put on the day I picked up the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle November 9th and was told by Dave the rust protector and paint protector was complete and winter tires were installed. I picked up my brand new vehicle November 9th got home and removed the 4 tires that they put on my back seats to find dirt all over the back seats of my vehicle. Brand new vehicle and I have dirt on my backseats. I contacted the dealership and they told me that was unacceptable it should have never happened…… but it did. On December 20th 2022 I received a phone call from Georgetown Kia asking when I wanted to bring in my vehicle for the rust protector to be installed and to have my paint protection done. I told the girl who called that this service was supposed to be done before I took the vehicle and I confirmed with Dave it was complete and he assured me it was. She said it hasn’t been done and I need to bring my vehicle to Georgetown Kia so they could complete it. It’s so frustrating when I’ve paid for something, the dealership outright lies to me saying it’s installed when it’s not. Maybe being a female they took advantage of the situation knowing I probably wouldn’t check under the hood. Avoid buying from Georgetown Kia. Take your business elsewhere if you can. More

Last week after purchasing a $3.00 bolt at CTC, I received 3 email satisfaction surveys. This is a stupid waster of my time and yours. If the management of your company does not already KNOW how good or bad the company performs, your company needs to hire Management who are good enough to figure it out on their own.
