I've been taking my KIA Sedona to this service center since I purchased it in 2017 and I've never had any issues with the level and quality of service. They tell you what has been noticed in check ups an since I purchased it in 2017 and I've never had any issues with the level and quality of service. They tell you what has been noticed in check ups and let you know if it's recommended to be done this visit or will need to be done at next appointment. Never had to come back cause something wasn't right with the van. More
Extremely dissatisfied with the purchase I made in January 2021, salesman was Ian Raine, bought a used Chevy Silverado $30000 and traded my Acura TLX. Two weeks later after travelling less than 500kms January 2021, salesman was Ian Raine, bought a used Chevy Silverado $30000 and traded my Acura TLX. Two weeks later after travelling less than 500kms the transmission started slipping had to have it towed to GM Georgetown, they assessed it as missing 3rd, 5th and 6th gear and advised that it be replaced. Left messages for Ian Raine to get back to me, no reply, told GM to go ahead and replace the transmission, cost $6000. In less than 200km left rear axle seal had to be replaced and the front wheel bearings, another $1200. I’m really very disappointed firstly for the way I was treated and secondly for selling a vehicle that had all these issues. This experience has been the first I’ve ever had from a well known dealership, and you can be rest assured that not I or anyone else I’ve told will ever do business with your dealership again, very poor show from Sales to Management that no one ever reached out to me to discuss or even try to help out with my situation.
