We purchased a car a year ago from the one of the Car Nation group of dealerships (KIA Hamilton) and had an exceptional experience. Our experience at Kia Georgetown was nothing short of incredible! Their pricing was far more competitive and the staff made for a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with communication. I know how horrible it can be to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't seem to value your business or care to make sure you get the sales and service that you deserve. Our experience at dealerships has led us to believe that the Car Nation dealerships are much different from your average dealerships. I was looking to buy a used Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and after going through the ads on Autotrader on-line, selected to see the one Advertised for sale by Georgetown Kia. I was introduced to Cameron Ernst after informing that I was interted in the Pontiac Grand Prix. Cameron was courteous and friendly and most of all very informative about the car I was interested in. He was also very deligent about returning my phone calls. This is in sharp contrast to another Dealership I had visited after making an appointment and the Sales Person had no knowledge about the Car they had advertised. The dealer had the vehicle I was searching for, and offered it at a very competitive price. They offered to let me keep the vehicle for 6 hours so I could attend a meeting and let me feel how the vehi offered it at a very competitive price. When we bought the car we told them right off the bat we wanted new brakes and tires. They tried to certify it without doing the brakes and it failed the certification.
