My experience dealing with Len was very positive. I initially came into the dealership to have my 2008 Rondo serviced, at which time Len took me for a test drive in the new 2014 Rondo. He provided me with great information about the new features in the redesigned model. During our conversation I explained that my husband and I were more in the marked for a new sedan than Ronda and expressed interest in the Optima. Len offered to take me for a test drive in that vehicle as well, even though I explained we were likely not looking to purchase for the next six months to a year. When we returned to the show room he provided me with some information about financing the vehicle. At no time did he make me feel that I was wasting his time. His "no pressure" approach made me feel very comfortable and is just the type of approach that will bring me back. My husband and I were very tempted to purchase the Optima over the next couple of days, but in the end decided to stick to our original timeline. That being said, the Optima is at the top of our list and should we decided to purchase it I will certainly seek out Len and deal with him at that time. More

This dealership is by far the worst dealer I have ever bought a car from. When I was signing the bill of sale there was a charge of $229 for nitrogen in my tires that also came with a one year warrantee. bought a car from. Sales guy and finance guy both said that they put nitrogen in every car they get in the lot, meaning that everyone who has bought a car from Georgetown Kia has been shafted out of $230. Not knowing anything about nitrogen I figured it was a good idea. That was untill I came home and did some research online. Every website I went to said that it is a HUGE waste of money. One even said that sometimes dealers offer nitrogen with a warranty but the huge cost far outweighs any benefit. I also called a few tire shops here in Toronto, all of them said they don't even offer nitrogen. When I bought the SUV it didn't have an owner's manual, I asked for one and was promised one. It's been about 3 months now and still haven't received it. THey keep telling me it's on backorder. IT'S A BOOK!!!!!!! Also, the car now has huge rattles in the doors and under the dash. These guys won't provide a loaner while I bring the car in to the ford dealership to get it fixed even though it has less than 60,000 kms. People, do some research about nitrogen before getting screwed. The onle vehicles to benefit from it arre jet liners, fighters and mining vehicles. More

I bought a used Kia Sedona and I see lot of problems in it. Most of the problems were identified before I bought the vehicle after the test drive they made a laundry list of items to be fixed and promised me that they will fix it. But they did not fix it, I have to do trips to Georgetown atleast 5 to 6 times (one way is 80km for me) before 1 issue gets fixed. Each visit they will tell me some BS story and make me to sit atleast 5 to 6 hrs, wasted so much of time in the weekends and wasted time in reaching out to sales and service folks on phone. I gave up and decide not to visit this dealer again. Extremely poor service with all false promises, I am disappointed and will not recommend this dealer. Thanks More

We really felt at home and comfortable in the sales atmosphere they have developed and their professionalism in all aspects was apparent. courteous. Our experience at Kia Georgetown was nothing short of incredible! Their pricing was far more competitive and the staff made for a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with communication. I know how horrible it can be to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't seem to value your business or care to make sure you get the sales and service that you deserve. Our experience at dealerships has led us to believe that the Car Nation dealerships are much different from your average dealerships. I was looking to buy a used Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and after going through the ads on Autotrader on-line, selected to see the one Advertised for sale by Georgetown Kia. The Ad said that the Car was in excellent condition. When I visited Georgtown Kia, all the staff were couteous and welcoming. I was introduced to Cameron Ernst after informing that I was interted in the Pontiac Grand Prix. Cameron was courteous and friendly and most of all very informative about the car I was interested in. He was also very deligent about returning my phone calls. This is in sharp contrast to another Dealership I had visited after making an appointment and the Sales Person had no knowledge about the Car they had advertised. So I would highly recomend Cameron Ernest as a honest and hardworking Car Sales Proffesional and I also, highly recomend Georgetown Kia More
