My experience dealing with Len was very positive. I initially came into the dealership to have my 2008 Rondo serviced, at which time Len took me for a test drive in the new 2014 Rondo. During our conversation I explained that my husband and I were more in the marked for a new sedan than Ronda and expressed interest in the Optima. Len offered to take me for a test drive in that vehicle as well, even though I explained we were likely not looking to purchase for the next six months to a year. When we returned to the show room he provided me with some information about financing the vehicle. At no time did he make me feel that I was wasting his time. His "no pressure" approach made me feel very comfortable and is just the type of approach that will bring me back. My husband and I were very tempted to purchase the Optima over the next couple of days, but in the end decided to stick to our original timeline. That being said, the Optima is at the top of our list and should we decided to purchase it I will certainly seek out Len and deal with him at that time. More

Our salesman and the team in general were friendly and courteous. Our experience at Kia Georgetown was nothing short of incredible! Their pricing was far more competitive and the staff made for a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with communication. I know how horrible it can be to buy a car from a dealership that doesn't seem to value your business or care to make sure you get the sales and service that you deserve. Our experience at dealerships has led us to believe that the Car Nation dealerships are much different from your average dealerships. I was looking to buy a used Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and after going through the ads on Autotrader on-line, selected to see the one Advertised for sale by Georgetown Kia. The Ad said that the Car was in excellent condition. When I visited Georgtown Kia, all the staff were couteous and welcoming. I was introduced to Cameron Ernst after informing that I was interted in the Pontiac Grand Prix. Cameron was courteous and friendly and most of all very informative about the car I was interested in. He was also very deligent about returning my phone calls. This is in sharp contrast to another Dealership I had visited after making an appointment and the Sales Person had no knowledge about the Car they had advertised. So I would highly recomend Cameron Ernest as a honest and hardworking Car Sales Proffesional and I also, highly recomend Georgetown Kia More

The dealer had the vehicle I was searching for, and offered it at a very competitive price. They offered to let me keep the vehicle for 6 hours so I could attend a meeting and let me feel how the vehi offered it at a very competitive price.
