Marcus called me couple weeks ago to inform me on the upgrade invent; I traded in my 2008 Sportage for 2013 Sorento. I explained what I was looking for and Marcus meet my needs. During my visit I must have meet the whole Kia family. Mohsin was great with explaining the financing and all the different coverage’s they offer. I couldn’t ask for better service, on another note, my son took sick last week and I received a call from Ante asking how my son was doing. “Very thoughtful and kind” I appreciate everything that the Georgetown Kia family has done to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle. In my book’s 5 stars!!!!! More
I have been raving about the experience I had at Georgetown Kia and that was due to the great service Cameron and Mohsin delivered. Cameron is friendly, funny and knowledgeable but, more than that ,he listened to our needs and fulfilled those both in the selection of a vehicle and in the price negotiating. Although he told us about the features of the other vehicles so that we could make an informed decision, there was never any pressure. Cameron made constant eye contact and addressed both myself and my husband (ladies you know what I mean). Loved that Cameron told us what the process would be and then followed that process; introduced us to all of the staff; ensured that the car was ready for pick up as promised. I felt Cameron was honest and that he had a good relationship with his co-workers. Mohsin was also a pleasure to deal with. He had a good knowledge of finances and of the warranties. Great sense of humour and made us feel very comfortable. Sean ensured that he met us before the negotiation and thanked us for the business afterwards. Tony also took the time to meet us and thank us for the business. Not often today, does one leave a retail business with such a great feeling of loyalty as I now have for Georgetown Kia! More
Chris was very friendly and from what I could tell tried to get me the best deal he could and I give Chis a 5 outa 5. Cameron introduced himself when we were in the lot on a Sunday. He took the time to answer all our questions, even some about other locations and dealers. We came in today to pick up our 2008 KIa Sportage. I came to this dealership because I have had a great experience last year when my wife and I bought a 2007 sportage. My reasons were that my old car a 2001 to this dealership because I have had a great experience last year when my wife and I bought a 2007 sportage. My reasons were that my old car a 2001 sunfire was as the mechanic said " TOAST" I wasn't happy with this, I was afraid to think of financing a second vehicle, My wife and I thought first of Kia Georgetown to see what they could do to help us. We had a great time last time and really liked the 2007 Sportage we purchased. We were warmly greeted by Len who listened to what our problem was and he made us feel very comfortable and really was great at showing us cars in our budget. We had thought of one car, then Len came and told us about a trade in that just came in. He was very excited to show us. We knew right of the bat that this was the SUV for us. The 2008 Sportage was that SUV. He helped me get what I wanted for my sunfire, and when we told him we wanted to keep the costs low for financing a second car. He not only surprised us on how low the cost was, but had the car ready today. We are Kia customers for life. Thanks to Len and the rest of the staff at Kia Georgetown for making us welcome and really helping my family and I out when we were worried about affording a second vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to first check out Kia Georgetown. Best staff anywhere. Thanks KIA GEORGETOWN!!! More
I have not purchased a car for 10 years, so while I needed to find a reliable vehicle to last as long at least as my previous one, it was equally important to find an honest and informative support to needed to find a reliable vehicle to last as long at least as my previous one, it was equally important to find an honest and informative support to guide me through the process. Last week I have found all of that at the Georgetown Kia. Cameron and Mohsin made sure that my Maxima 2011 buying experience went as smooth as possible. Cameron arranged and took me for a test drive, explained the new (to me) features of the car, very effectively completed all the required paperwork and was very patient with me answering all the many questions I had. He also filled up the car and ensured that the oil change was done, as well as the second remote control unit was ordered from and programmed by the Nissan dealership. Cameron was very friendly, helpful and motivated. At the day of the vehicle pickup, he provided me with the tour of the facilities introducing me to the employees and presented me with a gift as an appreciation of my choice of the dealership. A very nice touch indeed. Mohsin guided me through all the details of the financial options available to me, described the importance of each and provided an immediate feedback on how each warranty type affected the overall price of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rodney was also very kind, attentive to all the notes I had and ensured the vehicle was completely ready for pickup. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I did not feel being pushed or rushed to anything. Just a very professional and honest service all the way. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Kia, and hopefully will come back to them within a year or two for purchasing a car for my daughter. Thank you! -Eugene- More

Since I needed a vehicle soon, I decided to purchase their test drive model so I could get it sooner. I also was able to get new tints put on the car and other needed accessories without any added costs. I appreciated this very much. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later the rear of my new Kia Optima incurred dent damage on the bumper while it was parked on my driveway. As I had purchased the Titanium warranty from Kia, I was under the impression it would cover it. I was wrong - the damage apparently only covers dents and dings on the door of the car. Ante, the service manager, was also unsuccessful in trying get the work approved by the third party company. I was not happy at this point, however, once I escalated the issue, I was treated like family and now my car looks newer than ever. I also want to mention that Kia's shuttle service is timely and wonderful - I highly recommend this dealership as they treat you like a friend and take your concerns or issues very seriously. Called us every day to come see a ford flex but since we have kids and live in barrie we didnt want to drive so far since we were on a budget. After they called us for the 10th time we told len that our budget was 14,000 and he said he would work with ou budget. And we double confirmed that this is our cut off. Len confirmed he understood - we got there after $20 of gas and an hour of screaming bored kids in the car for them to tell us that they want $20000 and nothing less!... So.... Dont trust them... Waste of time for a family on a budget! The manager just said ohh well good luck finding a flex for that price!! LOL weve been lookin for flex"s for only that much for the last 2 months and have been successful locating many just not in a white colour and then they have sooo many people calling about it.. Well then they shouldnt have called us every day knowing our budget and how far we need to drive. In the end.. Like so many times i told myself never trust a dealer and oh yah!! The flex has been in an accident and doors replaced!! Fabulous! :-) they should stop calling customers to be so desperate to then waste our precious time. More
