New 2014 Forte 4th dealer I had gone to. I've had the car about a month and all is good. I was looking at a the LX due to price, and ended up with the LX+ but still 4th dealer I had gone to. I've had the car about a month and all is good. I was looking at a the LX due to price, and ended up with the LX+ but still for a price within my range. They worked with me considerably on this. Gerald was a big help. He was patient and friendly no matter what new question or concern I came up with, and was forthright about everything. More

Awesome Experience and Wonderful Customer Service I was car shopping this week and I was thrilled to have unintentionally stumbled into the best car dealership ever! I only intended to stop into the sales lot to look at a few prices as a comparison with Honda and Toyota. From the moment that I entered the lot, I was greeted respectfully and courteously by the staff at Georgetown Kia. My previous car buying experience was quite negative and my wife and I dreaded the thought of car shopping ever again, but the staff at Georgetown Kia were amazing. The sales staff, management staff and greeters were respectful, straightforward, helpful, and honest (yes, I did say honest). The prices were very, very competitive too. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience! This could be the best car dealership ever! Thanks Brian! You were awesome! More

Saved us from a potential Financial Downfall! As happy Kia owners, we went to the Georgetown Kia Dealership to trade in our 2010 Soul for a newer model. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a sm As happy Kia owners, we went to the Georgetown Kia Dealership to trade in our 2010 Soul for a newer model. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile and were taken care of right away. We knew what we wanted but could not afford it, so the Kia representatives came up with a solution that was within our budget, plus added features to our new car that were not in the original model making it custom-made especially for us (i.e. adding a sun-roof that we wanted). Our monthly payments were now lower and our car was newer! We were very pleased leaving the dealership. The night prior to our scheduled pick up of the 2014 Soul EX, we received some great news that changed our circumstances so dramatically that we could no longer afford the car, we panicked! First thing in the morning we called Mr. Shappert and explained our last minute situation. First, he calmed us down then asked about our great news. He was very kind, very genuine and we really liked that. He set up an appointment and that afternoon we went to see him. Upon our arrival we were still greeted with a smile and everybody who we dealt with when making the deal, a week ago, were there congratulating us on our new circumstance. We were surprised, yet delighted! We were quickly put at ease and offered a number of solutions. Mr. Shappert even asked “what do you want out of this?” which was unusually accommodating when dealing with a car sales person; he was very understanding. He accommodated our needs 100% and we walked out of the dealership knowing that the next car we buy will be a Georgetown Kia, no question! The staff is easy to deal with and so pleasant that we can’t imagine dealing with anyone else! Thank you Georgetown Kia. More

Because of my bad credit profile, I was surprised that I even got approved, Furthermore, Mohsin even got an insurance quote which was half of the amount that I was quoted. I previously had a bad car purchase experience with another dealership where I got burned big time. I asked Mohsin a lot of questions, because I didn't want to get burned again. I was hoping not to frustrate him with all my questions, but he answered all of my questions with a smile. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Customer for life. More

After Sale Service I recently purchased a used 2012 Chevrolet Cruze at Georgetown Kia. The day after we took delivery of the vehicle it was discovered there was some da I recently purchased a used 2012 Chevrolet Cruze at Georgetown Kia. The day after we took delivery of the vehicle it was discovered there was some damage to the lower rocker\ frame section under the drivers door. This was un-noticed by both seller & buyer during test drive and purchase process. I contacted the dealership right away, and was very pleased at the prompt, attentive responses from staff members. Honestly, I was expecting a difficult time with this, and expected to be met with resistance. I was very wrong. They assured me it was an oversight on their behalf, and arranged with me to get the vehicle back and get the necessary repairs attended to. They took care of this as promised, and never once asked for additional payment. The staff was very courteous at all times to myself and family members. I want to thank Cameron and Mike for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. More

Horrible service! Do not recommend! Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager per Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager personally overseeing the process, they wasted days of our time, caused us tremendous inconvenience with no offer of apology or compensation. The worst part is that is was a ceryified preowned vehicle bought from their dealership. They clearly are either not equipped to properly service their vehicles or they just don't care. Either way I wouldn't recommend them for either sales or service to my worst enemy. Way to over promise and under deliver! More
