Personalized service I scheduled a test drive with Ken, he set everything up and even arranged for Adam to make a personal video for the car I was interested in. When I a I scheduled a test drive with Ken, he set everything up and even arranged for Adam to make a personal video for the car I was interested in. When I arrived, the car was out front waiting for me. I took it for a test drive and Adam was able to point out all of the many features of the car. When we returned, I explained to Adam that it was not exactly what I wanted. Adam and Sean then gave me a good evaluation on my present car and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Although I didn't buy a car, everyone made me feel very comfortable and I was treated very well. More
