A great experience I bought a Mazda from Georgetown Kia in 2009, and after getting a 'loyalty bonus' flyer in the mail, I checked out their website and saw a 2012 Kia So I bought a Mazda from Georgetown Kia in 2009, and after getting a 'loyalty bonus' flyer in the mail, I checked out their website and saw a 2012 Kia Soul that caught my interest. I sent them an email to see if it was still available, and got a prompt and friendly reply inviting me to come down and give it a test drive. I went that night, to find the car warmed up and ready to roll with a 'Reserved for Katharine' sign hanging from the rearview mirror. I met with the very friendly Brian Penner, who took me out for a spin. He had answers to every question I could throw at him, and was able to give me some numbers to work with without a big song and dance. He stayed well past closing to help me work out a deal I could be comfortable with, and we signed on the dotted line. Even with the touch-ups it needed, they were able to have it all ready for me just two days later. They also did all the transfer work for me, saving me hours standing in line at the ministry. I wasn't actually looking for a new car when I first got the flyer, but they won me over with the great price and easy going service. The greatest praise however was probably from my son, who said he liked Brian and the people at Georgetown Kia so much he was going to come back and buy a car from him. My son is only 8 right now, but Brian, if you are still there in 8 to 10 years, you have a customer coming... More

Fantastic customer service from ( Brian Penner) Brian Penner was absolutely amazing! He was a very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable young man. Brian took us to Kyla Fair to finish up the sale. She went over the warranty on the vehicle and all the legalities. In the beginning she was very nice when she thought she had us sold on various add on sales, but when she found out we didn't want most of the add on's she was very rude! We went in there to purchase our vehicle out right and she was very rude to us when she couldn't talk us into financing it. I am basing my good review solely on Brian Penner that did an awesome job and could likely teach Kyla a thing or two about customer service. All other employees that had a hand in our purchase with the vehicle were excellent and I will Recommend Georgetown Kia to others. More

However my experience with Georgetown Kia has been nothing short of excellent. Christina, Mike and Wayne helped make this a really great experience for my husband and I. The service we received was really great. They were accommodating, patient, not at all pushy. Christina Jelicic was the salesperson I dealt with..she was really amazing to work with and I highly recommend you ask for this salesperon when visiting this dealership. Christina also delivered my new car to my home in the beaches from Georgetown on a saturday morning. More

I am in LOVE with my newly purchased 2010 Acura TSX!!! I had been searching for an Acura TSX/TL for nearly a month, but was not happy with some of the dealerships I had visited. That was until a relative told me to go and see Cameron at Georgetown Kia! When I contacted Cameron and told him what I was looking for, he found me an Acura TSX and had it brought up to Georgetown. We went for a test drive and I immediately fell in love! His friendly demeanor and strong knowledge of the car made me feel less stressed and made car shopping more enjoyable. Every employee at Georgetown Kia was friendly and eager to help out where needed. Wayne was very helpful and understanding of my needs when it came time to purchase the car. Christina sat down with me and went over all the documents in detail and made me feel content and satisfied with my purchase. I am now the proud owner of a 2010 Acura TSX and could not be happier.
