Excellent dealer, they even delivered the car to my home! I just traded-in my Grand Caravan for a pre-owned Hyundai Tucson. From the first call to the dealer, friendly staff like Brandon encouraged me to take I just traded-in my Grand Caravan for a pre-owned Hyundai Tucson. From the first call to the dealer, friendly staff like Brandon encouraged me to take the one hour drive to test the car. There, I met Adrian who has been very helpful during the test drive and in finalizing the deal on the same day. Negotiation with Mike did not take more than 10-15 minutes to reach to a win-win deal which kept us both smiling. Adrian was really the hero as he took care of fulfilling the deal and making sure all the minor requests I have asked are all met. Even all the paper work was done without any problem. There was no pressure whatsoever for all the add-ons that are usually forced upon customers by dealerships. There was a delay of two days to get my car due to long weekend and the delay of the spare parts ordered. When the car was ready, Adrian offered and drove it himself to my home to make the exchange. That was an excellent customer services gesture that exceeded my expectation. The only negative point, the Tucson was not properly cleaned from inside as I have expected and repeatedly requested. I guess I will have to drive it for a "Welcome Home" detailing next weekend! Other than that, I am very happy with the service and professionalism of this dealership and the great customer service I have experienced from Adrian. More
