Waiting area was very clean and refreshment were served with free wifi when I was getting my first free oil change done and check-ups. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly to resolve my inquiries. My sales rep Len was very calm under many stresses and fully understood my needs, and he ended up with delivering the resolution. Always great service.. I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car I called on Saturday March 3rd to see if i could bring in my 2017 Kia Soul (3rd Soul that I have owned) for an oil change. I was able to bring my car on Monday March 5th. I was early for appoinment by .5 hour and I was prepared to leave my car while I went to go do some shopping. Rodney called me just over 30 minutes later and told me my car ready! He apologized for not being able to offer me my usual complimentary car wash as the car wash was closed for renovations. Always great customer service, always an easy process. BRAMPTON KIA NEEDS TO TAKE POINTERS FROM GEORGETOWN KIA!!!!!! Brampton Kia lacks customer service, politeness and professionalism. Hats off to Georgetown Kia.
