Chuck and Jim trashed their former salesman in front of me. How unprofessional!!! My truck was taken for a test drive without my consent. Chuck then informed me my payments would be going up approximately 150 a month. I informed Chuck that I wasn’t interested. Chuck wouldn’t even shake my hand after I thanked him for his time. Oct 29, 2018, used Grabd Caravan purchase. This was probably the best dealer purchase I have experienced in 30 years. Jason McLean was my salesperson and was absolutely exemplary in his conduct This was probably the best dealer purchase I have experienced in 30 years. Jason McLean was my salesperson and was absolutely exemplary in his conduct, professionalism and demeanor. Now that the big words are out of the way, I 'll explain. I arrived and asked for a salesperson, I was introduced to Jason and I told him what I wanted. He looked up the vans and within a couple minutes he had the keys and we were out looking at v cars, no fuss, no pressure no BS. He was never pushy, and was chatty but natural and he listened. We painlessly agreed on a price and he didn't try to up sell all of the extras and when it was time to talk to the sale manager for title and such, I once again was spared the up sell for warranty and all the usual extras they offer. After dealing with about 6 other dealerships while searching for a new grand caravan this was an absolute relief. No pain, no BS, no fast talk, just an easy sell. Markus explained all of the new truck parts, and how each part worked. Although we had a Dodge Truck many things have been up graded over the past 6 years. We have had a GM truck before getting our Dodge Ram Longhorn Laramie and it was day and night. The dodge truck ran smoothly, pulled amazingly with our 32 ft trailer.
