After a very short test drive it was clear that there was a cure at hand in form of a 2018 JLUR. Ever since the possession of the vehicle, a smile appears on my face and the feeling of a joy comes over me every time I press the start button. Service to rectify issues is great, and the vehicle has never failed to bring me back home despite being in an unforgiving environment. My WORST buying experience! I've purchased three vehicles in the past four years from Midland Ford and Birchwood Toyota. My last purchase was from Gauthier on Regent to buy a truck for my husband and this was THE WORST vehicle buying experience I have ever gone through! I will not recommend Gauthier to any friends or family who are looking to buy a vehicle!! They have no concept of the meaning of customer service, the sales manager was very condescending, our salesman didn't appear to know what to do, and the receptionist was not friendly either. More

Best dealer experience I went into the dealership not knowing if my car was going to be written off or not. It took over a month to get everything sorted out and they even let me drive the vehicle I was interested in for 2 weeks while I was trying to get everything sorted with mpi and the bank.
