Was told my Rav4 would be in Mid April by sales manager. Still not in and they don't know when. Sold my vehicle in anticipation of getting vehicle when they indicated. Then told May 7, will probably not be Still not in and they don't know when. Sold my vehicle in anticipation of getting vehicle when they indicated. Then told May 7, will probably not be in by that time either. My issue with them is why give that timeline when you are not sure. Spoke with GM Chris S and he was pathetic. I told him that we would need to rent a vehicle and they should pay for it. He couldn't care less and basically told me that if I didn't want the vehicle they would sell it to someone else. He wasn't prepared to offer any compensation at all, then I told him I would give him a bad rating and then he had the gull to say for sure he wouldn't be doing anything. Stay away from this dealership, the GM has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
