Never trust them again I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change somethin I had prius v 2012 km 388000 check engine light came 5 times in 4 months and that 5 time I take car to Gateway toyata .every time they change something and every time bill was more than 1000 one time I paid 2300 also total i paid them $4600.and today 1 Dec 2015 again check engine light I go there now they left nothing to change and this time theyou say 3500 just labour and say I don't want to do from u guys I took car to other machanic and he u should change engine that is main problem for again and again check engine light and I change engine and transmission in $2800 just 40000 km on it so please they just make money and every service lady had commission the money they make from us. More

Service Staff makes the dealership I purchased two cars at Gateway Toyota. Of course I was pleased with the first purchase which lead me to buy the second car from them. Winter Service went in to get my winter service and tires changed. I was expecting to have a couple of hours wait. Never ever go to this dealership! I went to this dealership only to get information about a RAV 4 and financing. They encouraged me to go a head with their finance department to have m I went to this dealership only to get information about a RAV 4 and financing. They encouraged me to go a head with their finance department to have more information for my special case and I paid $500 to check my credit and have the exact information. I emphasized that I may not buy at this stage and they said that this money is totally refundable. After canceling the contract, it took more than a month to get my money back. The worst part was their attitude. They were not responsive and helpful from that date, always with the customers and on the phone, never got back to me after leaving message in their voice mails. After I went there, I understood (not easily) they had made a mistake and sent my money to another customer's account, but they were extremely rude and didn't want to pay attention to my explanations. They definitely were not those nice people that I met the first day! I never go back there again and even changed my mined to buy a RAV 4! More

That would have been a item that would have made me pass on the vehicle. I was in a hurry and didn't look at the options clearly enough. Can't fault the dealership, but wish it would have been further reviewed at the time of sale. More
