Service I drive a 12 yr old Toyota van so it is starting to need some work. Every time I have taken my van in for work, ( 3 x in last 2 yrs) the service team I drive a 12 yr old Toyota van so it is starting to need some work. Every time I have taken my van in for work, ( 3 x in last 2 yrs) the service team has been outstanding. Today they were able to squeeze me in to get my brakes done because they were grinding. They even let me speak to a tech on the phone so I could ask a few questions. The prices are competitive with non-dealership repair shops. I get great service, they tell me when work doesn't need to be done - so honest - and the work is always done right. I have dealt with Troy every time I go in and he is so helpful. He really makes sure you understand everything. From the woman at the service desk to the advisor and shuttle driver, everyone is so helpful and courteous. Gateway Toyota is the only service centre I will go to. I am one happy customer! More

Trusted Service ...for my Subaru Gateway took care of me and my 2005 Prius for 7 years. The experience was endearing. So much so that when I purchased my next vehicle [not Toyota], Gateway took care of me and my 2005 Prius for 7 years. The experience was endearing. So much so that when I purchased my next vehicle [not Toyota], I was reminded of the major reason as to why I switched to a Japanese designed vehicle. I had never experienced satisfactory service from Chrysler or General Motors dealerships for the many vehicles (new) purchased since 1972. Even though I no longer have a Toyota, I've been spoiled by the involved way they treated me. Like family, they've shown genuine interest in meeting my concerns. Gateway has carried out the 20,000 km and 30,000 km servicing, delivering to me a washed and somehow improved car. I'd like to continue this relationship. More

always over delivering. ALWAYS Anybody can sell you a car, the buying experience is very positive with Rick and the rest of the sales team. The our Rav 4 that was totalled in a head on crash was engineered well enough to allow my wife to walk away and not be carried away from a head on collision . That engineering is worth a few bucks a payment folks! the vehicles can be replaced, people can't Gateway over the last 14 years and 6 new vehicles have ALWAYS over delivered. True, I have been sold great vehicles with industry leading value ( 2 Siennas, 2 corollas, 1 Rav 4 and 1 Camry} and Troy has been my advisor for almost all of that time and he is one of the most professional, consistent and friendly people I know. Relationships are important and I know so many people by first name in that dealership. Dan the shuttle driver with great conversation, Bonnie and Todd, Troy's colleagues, Rick, who has sold my family six vehicles. Doris the service manager who took the torch from Chris who is looking after the overall operations... and of course Neil the dealer principal who always has time for some chit chat. I can't imagine doing sales or service business elsewhere. The automotive industry has had a difficult time establishing trust but the service department at Gateway Toyota have earned mine 110%.. I strongly encourage anyone who reads this to do the same and give them an opportunity. I assure you, you won't be disappointed Paul and Family Great job Gateway! More

I booked an appointment and arrived early (7:30) on 02 March 2016. Veronica Russell was my Service Consultant, and she treated me with respect and dignity, always making me feel important as a customer at Gateway Toyota. I was driven to the LRT station by Marvin, who was friendly and very nice, and he was waiting for me at the same station when I returned around 3:45 pm, and drove me back to the dealership. I saw Veronica again, who provided me with the details of my service, including a 29-point inspection service. I paid my bill, and went to my vehicle (RAV4), which had been washed, which I very much appreciated. I would recommend Gateway Toyota without hesitation to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota or Scion vehicle. More
Exceptional I came in the other day to service my vehicle. I was very pleased at how well the staff treated me. I booked an appointment with Katie in the service department to get some warranty work done and maintenance, she seemed a little confused while explaining what needed to be done but she got me in exactly when it was convenient for me! I brought my vehicle into the service department early, unfortunately I stood by my vehicle for a little longer than expected waiting for someone to help me out, finally Todd came up and took all my information for my vehicle then walked to his desk while I stood there waiting to see what comes next. He then yelled for me to come over, he was a tad short with me when explaining what all needed to be done. He explained that it would take a couple hours and to expect it to be done at the end of the day. So I decided to take a shuttle home, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and smiling ear to ear. My shuttle driver Wayne was by far the best, super interactive and a joy to drive with. he kept a conversation going which I enjoyed instead of having awkward silent rides. I called a couple times to get an update on my vehicle and kept getting put through to service while waiting for Todd. I left him probably two or three voicemail's, it took a while for him to get back to me. I had then called my shuttle driver and he was able to get me in such a timely manner (I was very pleased at that) When I got back to Gateway my keys were at the service desk, there was a bit of a line of people waiting to pick up. The lady there was by herself while service advisers were sitting in the service bay, no help for this girl at all. They just kept bringing her more and more paperwork. She was wonderful at explaining the work that was done on customer vehicles. When I finally got up there she looked a little frazzled but greeted me in such a wonderful way, big smile like she was excited to see me. She remembered me from the morning and had my paperwork and keys all ready to go. She went through my work order, she had a couple questions and asked someone then came back with just what I wanted to hear. Meanwhile in the middle of reviewing my work order she was being yelled at by parts people to take this customers payment. She told them politely that they would have to wait a second as she was already with a customer, he then gave her a sign and rolled his eyes. She continued to keep her focus and ignore the rudeness. I felt like I couldn't waste to much of her time as she had a couple people waiting to pick their vehicles up. She was definitely a pleasure to deal with! I would come back time and time again as long as she is there! More
Transmission Issue Resolved My wife and I had five days left on our factory warranty. I brought in our vehicle to get a last checkup before our warranty was up. I mentioned that the transmission always has had a strange sound to it from 60 KPH to 100KPH. Gateway boys checked it out and determined that we needed a new transmission. They were very upfront that they would need the vehicle for up to 3 days to do this right and that a wheel alignment was required after and was not covered by warranty. They had our car for 2 1/2 days and charged a wheel alignment as indicated. No surprizes, no B.S., ride home after dropping off vehicle and a clean car when I picked it up. Not really a fan of big dealerships but have to admit when I have been treated well. Great job Gateway and thanks to Todd and Troy for keeping me in the loop during this process. More
