Thorough, efficient service. I have regularly used this dealership to service my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Today it was regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) and Spring Inspection, I have regularly used this dealership to service my 2003 Toyota Corolla. Today it was regular maintenance (oil, filter, etc.) and Spring Inspection, and check on the engine light. The service rep always gives a good estimate of price, but is very careful to check with me on any work that comes up during the inspection. i appreciate that guidance is given about what job(s) can be deferred for a while. The Savings card is very worthwhile, and I generally make use of the Shuttle Service - a big help. The Service reps, including Veronica today, are always polite, professional, and congenial. More
Average like most Fine dealership. The customer service agent was friendly. Pricing is high, but after visiting multiple Toyota dealerships in Edmonton they all seem to Fine dealership. The customer service agent was friendly. Pricing is high, but after visiting multiple Toyota dealerships in Edmonton they all seem to be taking their financial cues from each other. This dealership was more accommodating than Toyota on the Trail as far as booking my vehicle for service however; I was able to secure an "appointment" on short notice. I use quotations for appointment because the time I was quoted was 0730; what this really means is, the service department opens at 0730 and if you are first in line you will be seen at that time. Had I known I did not have an actual appointment I would have reevaluated my choices; all in all I waited approximately 15 minutes to be evaluated . I drove a German car prior to my Toyota and when I had an appointment I was seen at that time. A small inconvenience maybe but after working a 12 hour night shift you just want to get things done. Average length of time for service; about 4 hours. Seemed like a busy place so maybe just a lot of volume. As stated, a fine experience neither impressed or disappointed. Stated I would recommend but in reality I would say it is no better or worse than any experience you will have. More

Bonnie is got to be my favorite service agent......She has great custormer service, good work ethics. I told her about another place that had a lower price on my tires and she asked a couple of questions and said she could match their price.........I was impressed, good quality service and great price to boot. what more could you ask for. Shuttle driver Wayne was an excellent driver and just plain good people..........easy to ride with not stressfull at all and on time not late to pick me up...........I really appreciate that I have to say the young lady(sorry didn't catch her name) that takes your name to get the shuttle and the one you pay for the service, is a super nice lady, she is friendly and has great hand writing, very nice to see. She is quick and efficent a pleasure to interact with. More

Almost 4 years ago, my husband and I bought a used, 2009 Toyota Corolla. Because of what seemed to be great service and people who were kind and concerned about us and this major purchase, on their recommendation, we paid an additional $10,000 in warranties and other add ons to help make our vehicle last. They had placed a rock shield on the hood, which when it shortly after kept blowing right off on the highway until we completely lost it one day, we noticed that conveniently hidden under it was a bunch of rust. When they sent us a great deal on an oil change I drove all the way across the city for an oil change, and a few other little fixes that took FOUR HOURS! when I left NOTHING THEY DID HELPED. My windshield wipers they replaced did a worse job than the old ones. The check engine light came on even though what they did was supposed to fix it. And when I went back right away to get it fixed, all they could do was remind me that they did do it for a really good deal!?!?!?!! Sure you can do a horrible job and waste my whole day just cause you're giving me a good deal. Well done. Oh and then they tried to tell me that I didn't have extended warranty that I paid thousands of dollars for. That day I was still there for at least another hour. One of the other warranties we purchased was the 'diamond fusion' windshield protection. In each of the numerous times we were attempting to apply this warranty, we encountered incomplete and missing records that we even had the 'diamond fusion' applied, an employee telling me I was brain damaged and laughing about it, and then on a particularly frustrating incident, and employee telling me, "well fine, we'll fix it for you but then do we agree to be done with all this warranty business?" If you're going to offer products backed by warranty you sure better be ready to uphold that warranty. To top it all of, now, when we are looking to sell this car and purchase a mini-van, they are turning around once again, and telling us something completely different than what they told us when they were selling us the vehicle regarding our extended warranty. Stay far away from these dishonest, unprofessional, rude, and incompetent crooks. More
