I have been so satisfied with both the Service Consultant Troy and Technicians who worked on the RAV4, that I decided to bring my Honda Odyssey 2005 to this Toyota service - and I have been very glad that I did so. Troy takes time to explain what service has to be done, and calls me if there is any unexpected item that requires attention.
