I'm very happy with my new Jeep, and the sales and finance staff I dealt with were great - very patient and helpful. My purchase process included several long waits, and some confusion over a the missing second key. The waits were discussed with management and I do believe they'll revisit their processes to make sure this doesn't happen to any other customers. The dealership programmed and cut another key for me, and actually found the missing one after the fact. They ensured I received the missing key, too, which means I actually have 3 keys for my Jeep. I did also have some issues with the dealership contacting my brother in law instead of me for my vehicle. I do think this has been corrected. More
