4-5 weeks after purchase I upgraded my truck after 2.5/3 years with my previous ram 1500. No issues with the last purchase, no issues with sales consultant or finance manager. First thing I noticed a Gap fee of 2000$ where my last purchase the Gap fee was only a mere 500$. I was given no negotiating period this time. Not even sure Brandon.R included my employee discount properly as its not included in the invoice but finance manager (brandon) assured me it was given to me. Been waiting over 5 weeks now for automatic start to be installed but it's still on back order. My driver seat split at the seam 3 weeks after having the truck. Was told it will take Weeks before they get an answer to see if they will replace it (are you kidding me the truck was 3-4 weeks old and the seam splits?) I purchased a chrysler 200 2 years ago the rear shocks were replaced a year in. They were under warranty but they have just started knocking really bad again looks like another set of rear shocks. I worked with Alex.G he was the only part of the experience that was refreshing and seem to genuinely care about us as clients. I purchased 3 vehicles from Galt chrysler in the past 3-4 years. This will be the last one. The finance manager (brandon) was as sketchy as they come. I feel like I was ripped off on this deal and now I'm having to deal with other issues pertaining to the vehicles I have purchased More

Not Valued After spending 2 months deciding on a new vehicle I decided to buy local....it wasn't what I expected after the paperwork was signed it felt like ther After spending 2 months deciding on a new vehicle I decided to buy local....it wasn't what I expected after the paperwork was signed it felt like there's the door we'll call you when it's ready. Factory order that was late (not a big deal) but didn't feel it was a priority to get it ready for pick once it was there. It wasn't 100% the way it was supposed to be and I was told it could take a few days to get it that way....not impressed maybe my next experience at a different dealership will be more positive. Fehim was great just needed to call them for information as I was excited to have my new truck....I feel they took that from me. More

no customer satisfaction I bought a USED Chrysler 300 from that dealership and am very unhappy with the dealership. I had to put new tires on within a month ( tires on it would not hold road in wet conditions, sales manager said he would get me a new set at cost, however his cost was the same as mine) , 2 months after buying I spent 1100.00 US on it at a dealership in Florida, and 2 months after that iI had another issue which was going to cost another 1100.00 The dealership said they would find a replacement 300 for me, they offered one that had 180,000 km on it The sales manager said they would pay for the latest issue ( 1100.00 for a trunk latch and cracked lense ??? ) or i could take the replacement. Take it or leave it. I left it. There was no customer satisfaction there I had a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville before that which i bought at the auction in 2007 . I paid 5100.00 and 40.00 for the safety and did not have a problem with it for the next 10 yrs. I will buy at the auction again. More

Before even asking what we were looking to purchase he listened to our situation and explained our options. We went back and forth to the dealership for a few days, a few test drive's and never once felt pressured. In the end we purchased a 2017 Grand Carven with everything we were looking for a very reasonable price and even more reasonable interest rate. Fehim along with Brandon took care of everything and it was such a stress free enjoyable experience we can't thank you enough. Now as we move onto the maintainece phase of owning our vehicle I hope Galt Chrysler can continue to live up to the experience we had in the service department as Fehim and Brandon sure set the bar high.
