This didn't go well. I came in for a simple oil change and a bug deflector change out (warranty work). my service advisor did an awesome job and looked after me. However I came in for a simple oil change and a bug deflector change out (warranty work). my service advisor did an awesome job and looked after me. However, Freedom was or had been doing some sort of computer work and what should have taken no more that an hour to complete went over 3 hours before I could leave. The funny thing, the bug deflector was not changed out because no one could get the correct part number off your computer system. So I left and was told that Freedom would contact me later that day and reschedule a date to have the bug deflector put on. Well, I am still waiting on that call and an appointment. I believe that anyone at Freedom Ford and were in my shoes then and now would not have been so patient with this lack of service! I understand stuff happens, but the reason I bought my truck and bring my other vehicles to Freedom for service was due to good service. I understand that the dealership has been bought out recently, is this the reason for this massive of drop in customer service?
