I have had my share of issues with our car not arriving in time as discussed. It arrived 1.5 months after its been sitting at usa parking lot for almost 1.5 months. That said, the dealership did compensate for their lack of leadership in following such issue. Overall, we are still very disappointed with the overall circumstances that was within the hands of the dealership but it would be unfair to leave a lower star rating because the dealership did admit their mistake and followed up with updating us everyday since we complained and did everything they possibly could to rectify the situation which is what matters the most. More

We decided to have this problem checked on warranty We took unit to freedom Ford where it stayed for 10 days A leaking gallery plug had been replaced on the engine (warranty) and an Invoice #544787 for $123.45 to find out that there was no transmission leak I already knew that That was why I was there in the first place. Too much work for a simple fix I took my new escape in for "the works" and a tire change. $370 later and a list of things wrong with my car that would be another $600. I chose to have my tires changed there because I was getting the works, however NEVER again. At another Ford dealership it cost me $125. Please explain this difference. And I'm checking with the dealership that sold me this car as to why there are so many things wrong with it when I've owned it for less than a year. As for this dealership fixing what was under warranty: I dropped the car off in the morning and they drove me to work (shuttle was late leaving so I was late for work). I chose not to get the shuttle back and got a drive from a friend after work to pick up my car. It wasn't ready after 7.5 hours. I waited until they said they had a rental for me, in which they would cover the cost. However, I still had to put down my credit card and pay for tire and windshield damage coverage. Should this not have been a courtesy car? You kept my car longer, I didn't choose for you to keep my car so why am I risking $$ on a rental???? And I was told to refill the gas to full upon return, which is another cost to me on what should be courtesy for the inconvenience to me. So for 2 days I spent an unreasonable amount of time at the dealership which frustration after frustration and spent too much money for a service that does not cost that much. I'll never be back and won't be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Disappointed Booked the truck in specifically to get a coolant leak addressed while it was in for service wasn't instructed when I made the appointment that diesel Booked the truck in specifically to get a coolant leak addressed while it was in for service wasn't instructed when I made the appointment that diesel mechanics are hit and miss on Saturday got called 4 hours later to be told that the truck was done but all that was done was oil and fuel filter...then got told had to bet rebooked when diesel mechanic available for coolant leak that I told them about in the first place. Then I got my bill got charged for 59.00 to tell me I have a coolant leak....so that leads me to believe that no one listens to the customers instructions..... when it all got squared away I still had a 500 dollar bill for an oil change and some fuel filters...pretty disappointed all the way around....but ultimately I am pretty comfortable this review doesn't matter unless it's clicked 5 stars and then someone can post it on the wall or the website and boast about the great reviews the dealership gets. One of the worst experiences at a dealership since I switched from Nicholson Chevrolet to ford in 2011....I guess that's what you get when all you care about is the financials every month... More
