We apologize that you were left with the impression the invoice was somehow "padded" and feel perhaps the explanation of the charges did not accurately reflect the work that was performed. The operation that shows up on your invoice listed as 'Electrical Diagnosis' is an operation used to include the initial diagnosis of the problem as well as the charge to program the Anti theft keys after rebuilding the new lock cylinder to operate the vehicles security system. This operation is billed at a reduced rate as a menu priced item. As for shop supplies, these are standard industry utilized charges itemized as a separate charge that includes miscellaneous lubes, hardware, enviro fees, etc that are not billed out individually. In the interest of customer satisfaction and as a gesture of goodwill for your past patronage,, we would like to offer you a credit equivalent to 15% of the cost of this repair. Please contact the Service Manager to take advantage of this. Once again we apologize that this was not properly explained at the time of your repair.
