Roxanne called me twice during the service work keeping me updated throughout the work getting done. She had me in and out within 15 mins. Took care of the rental car info as well. 23,500 km Sevice Front Service Coordinator (Roxanne) was excellent and went beyond the call of duty to keep me informed how the work was progressing. Shop people seemed to have fixed the rattle on the left side between the doors (this has been evident since day 1). I will continue to monitor. Shop did not fix the issue with the air bag, light remains on. Vehicle has to go back in. More
