I found Freedom Ford while looking online for a used Escape. I thought their pricing was very competitive and they also had the colour I was looking for. I didn't experience the high pressure that i've had at other dealerships, and felt that I was really being taken care of. Kyle (the sales manager) was also very friendly and helpful and I appreciated the time he took with me. I got a great deal on a great vehicle and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I was looking to upgrade the family suv, and was interested in a used F150. Although i was sold on it after the initial test drive, reality set in and it did not fit my budget.James and I kept in co interested in a used F150. My wife called me at work a couple of days later, and told me she found a newer suv than ours and she liked it. I called James, and he had the car at my work place within a couple of hours. I spotted an F150 a couple months ago while checking on the arrival of a fleet unit that was being delivered to Freedom Ford for the company I work with. I explained I was looking at used units but was toying with the idea of purchasing the company truck I was driving (if the price was right). After questioning Ron about the F150, he told me the unit was being used by one of the new car manager's and wasn't available at that time. When I received news that the company truck I was driving was a little higher than I wanted to pay, I started looking at used vehicles again. After visiting several dealer's I checked with Ron to see if the F150 I was previously looking at was still kicking around at Freedom Ford. It turned out it was and after negotiating a price with him and Lino, I made a deposit on the unit. The dealership completed a 56 point inspection on the truck, cleaned it up and had it ready to go for me in a couple days. Ron and the entire team at Freedom Ford done an exceptional job getting the truck ready for me and making my wife and I feel at home. They were knowlegeable but not pushy, treated us honestly and followed through on all promises. We'll definitely be checking with them on any future vehicle requirements. More

I was looking for a Flex and couldn't find one in my northern city, so my son found what I was looking for online. He called me back a few minutes later with a YES and then we started talking. I was able to see pictures of the car from all angles on their site. The best part was that they would drive the car the 4.5 hours to drop it off for me. The driver spent a lot of time showing me all of the features of the car and then we took it for a test drive. I just spent yesterday driving around in it and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received from Ron and the two gentlemen that delivered the Flex. Thanks More

I purchased a used 06' Escape in the fall of 2006. At that time there was not a vehicle I was interested in. Working with Lino and explaining what I was looking for, he was able to bring in the perfect v that time there was not a vehicle I was interested in. There were other Ford dealers that I went to that promised the same thing; sadly I was never contacted by any of them. In short, Lino was my guy! Six years later, thus 2012, I went back to see Lino and explained my query once again. He put me in touch with sales rep Ron Koehler, who got me into a 2012 Escape, with very low mileage and all the options that I was looking for. We had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Freedom Ford and dealing with Jason Spithakis. We've been to other dealerships in the past where it's been such an uncomfortable experience. Jason was great to deal with and got us into the vehicle we needed (with the options we wanted!) while keeping us under budget. I was really impressed with the demo he gave us on the vehicle before we took it out for a test drive. I've never been to a dealership where they've gone over all of the safety features and other options on the vehicle before taking it out for a test drive. Jason also let us know that we could contact him anytime after the purchase with questions, etc. and we already have. We never felt any sales pressure from anyone in the used car department or in the business office. I loved the fact that John in the business office went over extended warranty plans, maintenance plans, etc. but didn't put any pressure on us into buying any of them. He even excused himself multiple times to allow us time to discuss it. We had been planning on having maintenance done at a dealership closer to home, but because of the service we received at Freedom Ford, we'll be driving across the city to have our maintenance done exclusively by them. When it's time to buy our next vehicle, our first stop will be Freedom Ford! More
